We launched a programme to reshape our company and help ensure we can deliver the best service for our customers and best performance for our regulators in the future.

A new Asset Management team was set up to make sure we target our investment in the most efficient way to improve our water and wastewater treatments works and networks.

Six key teams have been created in the Asset Management structure: Environment and Quality Policy, Investment Strategy, Water Assets, Wastewater Assets, Programme Management and Asset Information.

Plans were made to launch a recruitment campaign for 60 employees to double the size of the team.

In addition, we formed a new Financial Planning and Analysis team to support our operational, asset management and customer service teams.
