We teamed up with partner organisations to launch our metering programme.

We joined forces with the Energy Saving Trust, WWF and Waterwise to help customers understand water use, how they can save water, save energy and save money and the importance of metering for the environment.We are working with the WWF to highlight how water metering benefits rivers and the environment.

In addition, we are working closely with Waterwise – an independent, not-for-profit organisation and the leading authority on water efficiency in the UK – to develop water efficiency programmes and advice to support customers.

We are working closely with councils across Kent, Sussex and Hampshire to co-ordinate meter installations with their street works and to raise awareness of the programme.

The safety of our customers is paramount and we have developed strong links with Sussex, Hampshire and Kent Police, Neighbourhood Watch and Age UK to help protect our customers from the threat of bogus callers.
