Careers with Southern Water
There are a broad range of careers available from involvement in the day to day operation and maintenance of treatment plants to jobs in the support functions, such as engineering, finance, procurement, water quality and customer services. More information.

Education Helpline 
A telephone helpline for school pupils, students and teachers. The service is unmanned but callers may leave their name and address to receive a pack of information about Southern Water and the water industry, together with a list of all the relevant websites for further information about the water industry. WaterAid
WaterAid* helps to provide clean water, sanitation and hygiene education for Africa and Asia. Water Aid is the only overseas charity that Southern Water supports. Both customers and staff of Southern Water are great supporters of the work of the charity and raised over £500,000 in 2005.

Southern water staff can provide a talk to schools and groups by prior arrangement, contact us.

Waterwise Community Talk
Southern Water employees provide an interesting and informative talk for groups, organisations, clubs and societies. The talk includes a short video, Educating Peter, plus a short presentation and quiz.
