Paperless Billing
Our paperless billing service is now available at LloydsTSB, Royal Bank of Scotland and Nat West banks.
Paperless billing allows you to receive, pay and store your bills online. Simply register with your internet banking service and you will receive an email alert when your bill arrives. The information you normally receive with your bill will all be online.
All this reduces paper, printing and energy use.
To Register
Log on to your internet bank account as usual and follow the instructions for viewing your utility bills online.
Your will need:
- your Southern Water 13 digit payment reference number found at the top right hand side of your last paper bill.
- the full address of the property we are supplying.
You can use this system whether we are supplying you with water or wastewater only or both.
