Each year we submit a report to the water industry regulator, Ofwat, setting out key areas of our performance in the previous year.

This report - known as the June return - contains independently audited technical and financial information relating to operational and customer service levels across every aspect of our business.

It contains information on the population we serve, our supply and distribution network, our sewerage collection processes and our financial performance. It also features details of our work promoting water efficiency and how well we respond to complaints and customer queries.

The information contained in the June return enables Ofwat to compare our performance against other water companies and against our own five-year business plan.
